Prices include VAT. If you cancel within 14 days of the payment that starts your subscription, you get a full refund. After 14 days, cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not give partial refunds. An AI action is one label scan, one product photo or one set of use-it-up ideas; a receipt counts as 4. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is always safe. If you exceed the free plan limit after downgrading, you can still view existing items but cannot add new ones until you remove some or upgrade again.

Do you offer a refund?

What counts as an AI action?

One date-label scan, one product-photo recognition or one set of use-it-up ideas is one action. A receipt scan is four actions. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over.
